1. Doodh wali chay peene se hamara digestion system kamjoor ho jata hai isliye chaay peene ki bajay green tea piye, green tea pet ki pachan shakti badhata hai aur pet ki samasyao se nijaat dilwata hai.

 

2. Adarak khana pet ke liye bhut acha mana jata hai. Khaana khane se aadha ghanta pahle seendha namak ke saath thodi si adarak khaaye, isse bhukh teji se badhegi.

3. Agar bhuk na lagne ka kaaran kabz hai to raat ko khana khane ke baad 1 chammach trifala churan halke garam paani ya fir 1 gilass doodh ke saath le. Trifla churan ke paryog se subh aapka pet saaf ho jayega jisse aapko kabz se chutkara milega aur bhuk lagane lagegi.

5. Har roj 3 se 4 liter paani piye aur ho sake to raat ko hi paani ek taanbe ke jug mein bhar kar rakhe aur subh us paani ko khaali pet piye.

8. Ek gilass lassi (chaach) mein thoda kala namak, safed namak aur jeera powder mila kar har roj peene se bhukh badhati hai.

9. Pakka hua tamattar aisi hi khane se bhi bhukh badhti hai.

10. Pakii hui imalee ka gudda, 2 se 4 daane laung, kaali mirch aur daalcheenee ko mila kar 1 gilass paani mein ubaal le aur fir ise chaan kar pi le. Ye nukha bhuk badhane mein behad kaargar hai.

11. Stress, tension aur depression se door rehne ke liye rojana kuch der meditation kiya kare.

12. Agar aap ki rojmara ki life mein jada physical activity matlab thakane wala koi kaam nhi karte to aap excersise aur yoga kar sakte hai, aur dosto ke sath koi sports bhi khel sakte hai. Jab aapki body ko thakan mehsoos hogi tab aapki bhookh lagane lagegi.

      Poonam aksar bache yha wha ki cheeje kha lete hai aur pet bhar lete hai, bahar ki cheeje band kare aur sabse pahle kuch healthy drink (Juice, milk) se shuru kare taki gudiya ke sharir mein nutritions ki kami na ho. Daal aur daal ka paani bhi pilaye. Jab sab khana khane baithate ho tab bitiyako bhi sath baithaye aur baato baato mein khana khilane ki koshish kare.
