    mne Oct. 15 se Jan 16 tk running , exercises or green tea ki madad se apna 10/kg weight km kiya h. 90 se 80 ho gya h. BT ab running ki routine garmi ki wjh se proper na hone se weight 80 se down nhi ho rha. m apne height ke according apna weight 72 krna chahta hu. so m kal se hi din me 2-3 time black tea ki habbit dalunga. I hope muje bhot 72 kg tk aapne me Jada time nhi lgega.
