      Farhan body banane ke liye 1 mahina kafi nahi hai, aap apne paryas jari rakhe aur dhyan rakhe ki workouts karne ki technique sahi ho aur aap ki deiet bhi achi ho.

      Happy ji agar aap kafi samay se gym mein mehnat kar rahe hai aur aapko koi result nahi mil rha to ho sakta hai ki aap sahi tarike se workoit nahi kar rahe ho aur aap workouts ke liye punctual nahi ho. Dost aap gym mein apne trainer ya fir apne seniors ki madad le aur workouts karne ki sahi technique sikhe. Iske ilava apni diet par bhi dhyan de.
