1. Belgiri ka Sharbat: Bel giri ka sharbat peena garmi mein bhut he utam hai. Ye garmi mein motapa kam karne mein bhi madad karta hai.

12. Pudeena: Pudeena ek natural papermint hai jo garmi se nijaat paane ke liye bahut upyogi hai. Pudeena bukhar, pet mein jalan, loo aur gas ki samasya ko bhi dur rakhta hai.

13. Lassi: Garmi ke mausam(summer) mein dahi khana aur lassi peena pet ke liye bhut acha hota hai. Chaach mein thoda jeera aur kala namak daal kar piye. Garmi se bachne ke liye thandayi bhi pi sakte hai.

14. Naariyal Paani: Naariyal mein kaafi poshak tatav hote hai. Garmi mein loo se bachne ke liye naariyal paani piye aur naariyal khaye.
