Man Shant Rakhne ke Upay : Gussa Kaise Control Kare

  • Agar aap koi kaam lambye samay tak karte hai to koshish kare ke beech beech mein kaam se kuch minute ka break le kar khud ko refresh kare, jisse kaam mein man lagega aur thakan nahi hogi. Chote chote break lene se concentration level badhta hai jisse kaam ache se ho pata hai aur kaam ka tanav nahi hota.
  • Stress se dur rehne ke liye rojana 6 se 8 ghante ki gehri neend jarur le. Raat ko der se sone aur neend puri na hone par shareer mein thakan hone lagti hai aur choti choti cheje tanav ka karan banti hai.
  • Kehte hai pareshaniya baatne se kam hoti hai. Agar aap kisi mushkil mein hai aur uske karan bahut tanav mein rehte hai to apne mata-pita, biwi-bacho ya fir kisi dost se apni problems share kare. Isse aapki samasyao ka solution dhundhne me aasani hogi aur man bhi halka hoga.
  • Jesa khayenge aan vesa rahega man. Isliye ghar par bna poshtik bhojan kare taaki aapka shareer aur dimag swasth rahe, ache vichaar aaye aur man shant rahe.
  • Pure din ki kadi mehnat ke baad jab shaam ko aap thake hue ghar jaaye to thande paani se nahaye. Raat ko sone se pahle nahane se stress kam hota hai aur neend achi aati hai.

    Mujhe kabhi kabhi bhut gussa ata h or gusse me main khud ko nuksan pahuchati hu mere man me negative bate aati h or mere gusse se shamne wala v bhut paresan h but really ye sab main jaan kar nhi karti hu main khud nhi chahti ki meri wajh se shamne wala hurt ho main khud v khush raihna chahti hu or shamne wale ko v khush dekhna chahti hu jo ki main nhi kar pati.I am very sad.

      Sweetu kai bar aesa hota hai ki mahol ke karan ham apna aapa kho dete hai aur gusse mein vo kar dete hai jiska baad mein pachtava hota hai. Aap sabse pahle ek cheej samajh le ki gusse mein ham apna hi nuksan karte hai. Aap apne man aur dimag ko kabu mein rakh sakte hai bas aapko iski practice karni hogi. Meditation aur yoga se shuruaat kare aur sath hi yha bataye hue upay bhi apnaye, aapko fayda milega.

      I know me janti hu apki probelm mere sath bhi esa hi hota me me kiya bol jati hu guse me mujhe khud pta nhi chalta but apne ap ko control karna jruri h me bhi kbhi kbhi apne ap ki wajah se dusro ko hurt kar deti hu but ab mujhe esa lagta h ki hume jis jagah me gusa aaye ya jis baat me gusa aaye hume us jagah se dur ho jana chahiye kuchh time baat fir sab normal ho jayega kiyuki kbhi kbhi hume apne samne se khud koshish karni chahiye

      Ayush gussa cheej hi aesi hai apno ko bhi paraya kar deti hai. Dost meditation karna aasan nahi hai iske liye aapko kaafi practice ki jarurat hai, aap lagatar karte rahe jald hi sikh jayenge. Iske sath hi aap ek cheej aur kar sakte hai, jab bhi kisi dost ya family member se baat kare tab sab se pahle mind mein ye soche ki main isse bahut pyaar karta hu aur iski baate mere bhale ke liye hoti hai. Ye 2 baate apne mind mein hamesha rakhe, kuch hi dino ki practice mein aap dekhenge ki aap kisi par gussa nahi kar rahe hai.

    Jab bhi Meditation karne baithe to pehle apni sanso per dhiyan dena start karen.
    Aur 10 bar zoor zoor se sanse len aur choren.
    sirf yahi karen, dimag mei bahot se vichar ayenge jab aap meditation karenge magar aapko apne dimag ko msg ya order dena hoga koi baat nahi aani chahiye dimag me dheere dheere aapko aap koshish karen bandh ankho se apni nak nose ko dekhne ki kuch ap ko waha per ek roshni dikhaee degi, Sub se achcha time meditation subha ka hai.

      Dost aap mein self confidence ki kami hai aur aap ka khud par vishwas bhi kam dikhayi deta hai, sabse pahle to aapko ye salah hai ki agar aap depression ki koi dawa kha rahe hai to bina doctor se consult kiye koi medicine na le. Dost jesa hum sochte hai vesa hi hame dikhne lagta hai, aap sabse pehle to apne aapna mood acha rakhne ki koshish kare uske liye aap apne pasand ke logo ke sath rahe, din ki shuruat yoga aur exercises kare aur medititation bhi kare isse aapka dimag shant hoga aur positive thoughts mind mein aayenge.
