1. BP high hone par diet me calcium, magnesium aur potassium se bharpur food khaye. Doodh, dale, hari sabjiyan, lehsun, pyaaj, soyabean, badam aur santra me ye poshak tatav adhik matra me hote hai. Har roj 5 se 7 badam aur 3 se 4 akhroat khaye.

2. Teen mahine tak subah khali pet 2 kaliya lehsun khane se bp puri tarah control me aane lagta hai.

3. Khatte fal, soup, nimbu paani, salad, kale chane, nariyal paani, aalsi, soya khaye.

5. Falo me tarbuj, kela, aanar, angur, mausami, seb, papita, ananas, amrud khaye.

10. Apne aahar me omega-3 shamil kare. Badam, aalsi aur akhroat me ye paryapt matra me hota hai.
