    Mera cesarean delivery hua hai. Mera 5 month ka baby hai to kya mai exercise kar sakti hu aur jo aapne lahsun wala post mail aaya hai mere ko kya main wo kha sakti hu. Usko kha ke feeding me koi dikkat to nhi hogi.
