1. Iron

Sharir mein khoon ki kami na ho isliye garbhawastha ke shuruati dino se hi iron ki goli khaye aur khane mein machli(fish), ande ki jardi, brokli, masur, jamun, soyabean, palak khaye.

 

2. Paani Jada Piye 

Sharir ko sahi poshan mile iske liye jaruri hai ki paani paryapat matra mein piye. Rojana 3 se 4 litre paani jarur piye aur garmi ka mausam ho to isse bhi jada piye. Iske ilava nariyal paani, taje falo ka juice bhi le sakte hai. Paani ko hamesha ubaal kar hi piye.

 

3. Fibers Adhik Le

  • Kabz (constipation) jesi bimariyo se bachne ke liye fiber wali cheeje apne diet chart mein shamil kare jese hari patedar sabjiya, fruits, brown bread, khajur, brown rice, ajwaine.
  • Bache ke shareer mein vitamin B, vitamin C, iron aur magnesium jese nutrition ki jarurat ko pura karne ke liye gehu ki roti, makka, chawal ko apne diet plan mein shamil kare. Vitamin C se bharpur cheeje khaye jese ki khate fal, mausami, santra, aawla.

 

4. Carbohydrates

Bread, aaloo aur chawal mein paye jane wala carbohydrates body mein energy badhate hai jo sharer mein hone wale badlav ke liye behad jaruri hai. Dhyan rahe aese food adhik khane se weight badhne ke khatra bhi hota hai.

 

5. Folic Acid

6. Calcium

7. Iodine

8. Protein

Protein hamari body mein muscles, skin aur ango ko badhne aur majboot rakhne mein madad karta hai. Protein ke karan hi mahila ke garbhashay aur stano ka vikas ho pata hai. Apne pregnancy diet chart mein ande, dry fruits, dale shamil kare. Agar aap non veg nahi khate to soyabean, paneer aur ubale chane khaye. In sab mein protein adhik matra mein hota hai.
