Diabetes Me Kya Nahi Khana Chahiye

1. Meethe se dur rahe. Bahut se log hai jinhe meetha khana pasand nahi fir bhi unhe sugar ho jati hai. Diabetes hone ka parmukh karan meetha khana nahi hai par jab ye ho jaye tab meetha khane se parhej karna chahiye.

2. Carbohydrates aur vasa wali chije khane se diabetes ka khatra badhta hai, isliye isse bachna hai to bhojan mein carbohydrates aur vasa ki matra kam rakhe. Chawal khane se bache.

3. Junk food khane se bache. Junk food se sugar ka khatra aur bhi badh jata hai. Khane mein tali hui cheejo se dur rahe. Pestri, cake, icecream se parhej kare.

4. Fruits mein kela, seb, chiku, aam, angur, lichi jese fruits na khaye. Falo ka juice pine se bache, juice pine ki bajay fal khaye.

5. Sukha meva na khaye aur agar khana hi hai to paani mein bhigo kar khaye.

6. Arbi, aaloo, shakargandi na khaye ya kam khaye.

7. Chini, murabba, sharbat aur cold drinks na piye.

8. Noodles aur maide se bani roti, naan na khaye.

  • Mithaiya (sweets) khane se bache. Agar khani hi hai to aajkal sugar free mithaiya bhi bazaar mein mil jati hai wahi khaye aur vo bhi jada mat khaye.
  • Sugar se parbhavit vyakti ko samay par bhojan karna chahiye. Bara bar khane ki bajay khane ka ek samay nishchit kare.
  • Chini khane se bache aur agar man kare to sugar free tablets istemal kare.
  • Jada der tak bhukhe na rahe, isliye upwaas (vrat) rakhne se parhej kare.
  • Sharab beer aur kisi bhi tarah ke nashe se dur rahe.
  • Bhojan karne se pahle ek katori  salad khaye.
  • Khana dhire aur chba chba kar khaye.
  • Apna weight control mein rakhe.

 

Sugar ke rogi ko har 2 se 3 mahine mein ek baar blood aur urine test karwana chahiye taki blood sugar level ki  jankari rahe.
