  7. Junk food(bazaar mein milne wala tala hua khana) khane se bache.
  8. Fallo ka ras(fruit juice) piye aur Har roj 3 se 4 liter paani jarur piye.
  9. subah ka naashta karna na bhoole , isse aap poore din energy mehsus karte hain .
  10. Vajan badhane ke liye kela (banana) khaye. Chahe to kele ko doodh me pees kar banana shake bna kar bhi pee sakte hai.
  11. Agar aap nonveg khate hai to maas machli ko apne khane me shamil kare. Aur subh nashte me ande(egg) khaye. Aur agar aap shakahari hai to apne khane mein ghee, salad, dahi makhan, fruit, chawal jada le.
  12. Puri neend na lena bhi vajan kam hone ki vajah hoti hai. 6 se 8 ghante ki neend lena jaruri hai.

      Simha jesa aapne gaddho ke bare mein bataya iska to dekh kar hi pta lag sakta hai, meri salah aapko ye hai ki ek baar is samasya ke liye kisi doctor ya ayurvedic vaid ko dikhao.       Monis mota hona chahte hai to pahle ek target banao..jese mujhe 1 mahine mein 3 kilo wajan badhana hai aur 2 mahine mein 5 kilo..Target banane ke bad apni life style se sabhi tarah ki galat aadto ko bahar nikalo aur apne target ko acheive karne ke liye ek scedule banao jisme weight badhane ki diet, exercise, yoga aur body ko aaram dene ke liye time table ho. Ab apne 1st target ko acheive karne ke liye descipline se apna schedule follow karo.
      1st target acheive karne ke baad next target ke liye mehnat shuru karo. step by step apne target acheive karte raho kuch mahino mein aap ko khud hi difference dikhn e lagega. Kuch log mehnat karte hai par vo sahi tarike se nahi karte jis wajah se unhe result nhi milta aur vo haar maan lete hai.

      Hi Vijay, i am doing good.
      My friend there are so many things around us that helps to gain weight but what actually works is our dedication and passion in right direction and non stop efforts.
      As you said you have been trying from last two years but didn get any positive result, what i have to say is if we are putting our efforts and not getting anything appreciated then there must be some loop holes in our efforts and technique. Hard work is required but in right direction, so try to be have some positive approach with good technique.
